- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking
All shipments include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Authority to Leave
Where available, orders may be left in a secure location if no one is available to receive delivery.
If you do not wish your parcel to be left unattended, please indicate this during checkout.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate.
Dr Marian Skincare is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:
- Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

- Include your order number and any relevant photos of damaged items or packaging.
We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (New Zealand Orders)
Orders shipped to New Zealand may be subject to customs inspection or local taxes imposed by New Zealand authorities.
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
